i think it is having a passion for your work, because if you dont have a passion for your job, you wont feel any benefit from working in the job.

For me, passion and security, and maybe money.
I would first have to like doing the job and feel safe doing it, and then a plus would be having a well paying job as well.

I'd rather have an okay job, with reasonable pay, some good friends and keep it rather than be in huge place that might suddenly sack people or get taken over or split up, anything like that.

I voted passion, if you don't enjoy your job there's no since in making a decent or a large ammount of money if you complain about going to work everyday, or if you hate your job and decide not to even show up. You have to be able to enjoy your job in able to do it to the best of your ability and if your not going to give it your all, why even have it?
