I think its just because the industry is expensive, not saying its 100% ok but things need to cost less.

Steeling is steeling no matter how you look at it. If you are poor, you can't steel a 2006 Mercedes just because you can't afford it. There are hard working people who make their living off of us buying their software.
That said, 99% of software is way overpriced. Maybe if software makers became more reasonable in their pricing people wouldn't pirate stuff. Same goes for movies. Why the hell would I pay $20 dollars for something that will give me 2 hours of entertainment. Even if I were to watch that movie more than once, it's still the same 2 hours of entertainment.

Steeling is wrong we've been taught this as children so why do we do it? Lack of funds, lack of interest in all of it, or for personal gain. Either was you look at it, Yes, it IS wrong, does that mean it should be changed, not necessarily, I know there are many people who ar enot liek myself and Don't use it as a try before you buy but there's no way to make that fool proof either, if there's a will, there's a way.
