I use Spare PC and Dual boot.

On Rare occasion if i get bored i might use Virtual PC :)

For Vista i am forced to do Dual boot since my main PC is the fastest. I do Vista more often than anything...so

I can't afford a lot of pcs all I have is my 386 (not worth anything) my server (which I'd rather not mess up) and my Dell with 2 HDDs split up so I have 3 partitions, I prefer dual boot.

Dual boot has to be the fastest and most tidy method :)

depends on if you make the option to use boot screens or not with each OS Like I do incase you mess up something like I tend to do :)
