The wife wants a big screen TV-
I don't watch it that much anymore so I've been putting it off until I build a new AM2 system
B)
Speaking of these new TV's, is it worth it getting HDTV? will it work with cable or just off the air?

HDTV is definately worth it.
They come both ways- with and without tuners. If they have their own tuners you don't need a cable box but can hook it up to an antenna or cable directly and change channels with its own tuner. Otherwise you can save $100-$200 and get one without a tuner- but you must have a cable box for it to work ( which most of us have now anyways)

Im wondering if a DLP might be better than a plasma. You can replace the bulb yourself

Hd is well worth looking at. Iv been stood in my local eletrical store for hours just looking at the picture quality. I have a 43inch rear projecter at the min so i need something bigger than that. Im not going to down size.

I just bought a 2000 Corolla because my old 89 Mitz had a breakdown after we were run off a freeway. But it was a nice upgrade, and now I don't have to worry about having problems getting to work as much.

That's not too expensive right?

The most expensive I bought today was a new backlight for my bike....
