Actual screenshot, right after bootsequence finished and everything was calmed down, hadn't locked my case yet, checked, the fan was actually NOT running!
(My GPU cooler was running though, but that one doesn't show up in SpeedFan, since it's powered through the Graphics card, not the M/B)

Ok, I forgot to take a picture of proof it's actually powered on. but if you look very closely, at the bottom right. just beneath the most right screw that's holding my IDE disk, you see a bit of blue light at the absolute edge of the picture. That's my power LED.
