well, it's been a bit since upgrading the 'ol gpu, and the ati 5000 series are just as hot as paris hilton's crotch, atm, so i'm a lookin' at the 5850 series. anybody have a fav ati gpu manufacturer? i know powercolor and h.i.s. are a bit cheaper sometimes, but now that xfx has become an ati partner...

Same chipset on each, and each will give you the same trouble :roadrunner: :friends:

Go for the cheapest and/or one with longest guarantee, avoid marketing crap OC versions as your paying much more for something you can do yourself.

And just as buggy. But you're a male human so it makes sense to dive for fish hoping for a fin that responds to just a little voltage. The risk of coming up with a mouthful of crabs is there but you may spear some tuna and that would make the risk worth taking.

Metaphorically, of course. :roadrunner:

Jeebus, I really should be kicked off this website. :friends:
