I have MAC A1010 and I don't know ANYTHING about MAC PC's. Is it possible to reformat it like XP? Does MAC usually have the recovery on harddrive? And is it possible to change forgotten passwords with "Erd Commander"? Thanks for your help. I feel so lost when I just look at MAC. lol.

:cheers: yes u can reformat a mac. You cannot install any windows os on it as it is a pre intel power pc processor. You will have to have a copy of a mac os preferably 10.3 or later I know 10.4 will run on it but that's about the extent of my mac knowledge.....hope it helped :rofl_mini: I think mac os is built from the unix kernal with a proprietary mac gui and shell bolted on :rofl_mini:

I'd strip it down carefully, putting each part into its own garbage bin, it may take a few weeks, but it will eventually be gone :cheers:

LOL! I loved the videos, thanks. Well, it's not mine actually. A friend of mine who forgot her password and she just wanna reformate it. So, she thought to go this genius guy (Me) to solve the problem for her. But this little b00n guy has no clue about MAC pc's. lol

@stormrosson
Yea, I have to have the 10.4 to reformate it, but too bad that there is not any CD to reformate. :/... Well, I'll try to find it some where to download. (Not pirate copy though) ;-)

Nope he didn't. But in Sweden after yesterday if you DL pirate things, you'll get punished for it. You'll get judge even if you download 1MB file. (Torrent file) :(:(.... If you have the file (MAC OS) and wanna send it to me I'll be more than glad and appreciate it. :rofl_mini: :giggle:

Edit: Wtf, double post, could anyone delete the 2nd one, thanks?
