I am worryed as to if I can run a dx-10 card on my upcomiing rig,

I am modding a Athenatech case, its matx. 15x5.6x14.5, quite small, the biggest psu I could find was 450W and 19A on the 12V rail. Its not enough for me to sli So I am trying to find another way to power a 2nd card.
