Which 64bit motherboard should i get, i have £50 by the way and i want the AMD Athlon 64bit 3200+ CPU

the motherboard isnt actually 64bit, just the cpu :)

and you should get a good motherboard, you havent told us what specs youd like to have so i cant help you atm.

I have an ASRock motherboard and I think I must replace only my 2.4 GB processor to a 64bit one....

ecs make a good board for the $, and i assume you want the socket 939.
i would spend a little more if you could, and go with the asus as was mentioned,
or the dfi nf4 ultra D. i have both, and would recommend them (stick with the
nf4 chipset from nvidia, as they have great support for x64 anything, and of
course, vista :P ).
