(sorry no screen shot, self explainitory)
Step Two: Install the Bittorrent Beta
(again Self explainitory)
Step Three: Make a new folder
Step Four: Name your folder (I named mine 'Rad Car Pictures') and copy all the files that you want to be downloadable into that folder.
Step Five: Navigate to start, All Programs, BitTorrent, Click Make Torrent
(Self Explainitory)
Step Six: Time to get working, your screen should look like this... Click 'Choose'
Step Seven: Now click 'Select a folder'
Step Eight: Select your folder that contains your files for the torrent (i.e. Rad Car Pictures) and click 'Ok'
Step Nine: Select your 'Piece Size'
Step Ten: Set the tracker to use and what not and you can also add a comment. Now click 'Make'
Step Eleven: Your screen should look like this...
Now click 'Seed' to begin sharing your torrent

I know there is a way to do what you're talkin about Dave, but I think you have to have your own tracker. Just kinda an IP recognition system. In other words you register at a site, it takes your information (IP addy and some other control panel stuff), and then it recognizes your IP when you logon to your tracker.
