My lan is looking better now, i got three pc's all on xp though one dual boots with server, as soon as out IT suite is built in the Loft we will have a proper domain.

tomorrow i will build a win NT or win 98 PC, i have other XP potentials but they all need cases...

Do you need cases and powersupplys, or just cases? if so, you dont really need a case, just find something to put it on that wont allow nothing to bother it and keep it put up LOL, case's make it easier, but there are ways around not having any.

LOL i did that once, i screwed the whole pc to a piece of wood, you can imagine how cool that was...

But i want a proper network suite guys, COME ON...an IT Suite with computers screwed to the wall and bits of gum holdin' it together, NO NO NO :)

Well today if i get chance i will get the oldest pc i have here going, use it for nothing, maybe Redhat Linux...if it will run it or Windows 95/98/NT...

It would run 2000 but its REALLY pushing it and it won't be fun to use :P so that ain't an option for this machine.

or... you could build your computers into the walls and they slide out on shelves when you need to work on them... it'll really professional... besides it'll look awesome.

I know, that would be very awesome, instead of having pictures on the wall, have computers hanging up. Also, keep the room very cool, so that all the machines run well. I think this could be the start of an awesome way of doing things, but just a thought LOL.

I plan on doing it when I get a place of my own... building a seperate wall and running all the wires under or above the rooms... hidin of course, so it looks professional. Put an Air conditioner behind there... simple boxes to cover them to TRY to keep the dust out... lets face it, we will NEVER see a dustless machine -.-, and make sure it's nice and cool, and everything will be beautiful... I take pride in my wiring :)

You should see my room, you don't even see a wire heading to a plug in :P

Done it... did it for a guy down the street, he was amazed at how well my car looked after I wired it and everything and wondered if I could do it for his computer where it had a plexi glass side he wanted to see how good I could make it look :P
