This has now leaked and there is a download available from microsoft: http://download.micr...senger_Beta.exe

but it wont let you in unless you are a beta tester

ok folks, got a patch for ya

it will force msn messenger 8.0 to sign in using the old protocol
maybe not all features work

This patch sucks, you ahve to constant keep it running for it to even work and log in. Personally theres not gonna be a way to break it cause the only people who will have access to it are a database of connect beta testers in the beta

They got smart with this beta... i guess who ever gets in leave LOADS i mean LOADS of screenies

There are a few on the portal.

The thing is that protects this beta from easily being cracked or used is the .net network...VERY CLEVER and i wonder if this will become a regular thing in activation and stuff!

Also MS plan to sell more stuff online.

The role of the .net network may have just exploded into something bigger, hairy and ugly!
