Anyone has seen it? Or plans to see it? Almost knowing nothing about it, I went with some friends tonight and it is just great from start to finish.

Brad Pitt is amazing and other characters too. Mike Myers has a small and weird but great role, and some of the basterds you will recognize from TV series such as Heroes' Sylar or that jewish kid from Freaks and Geeks (he obviously plays a jew in the movie as well). There's even one of the basterds named Hugo, hehe. :rofl_mini:

Great characters, great story, great directing... Best entertainment (as well as piece of art) in a long time.

Kept meaning to get out and see it just never found the time. Is it a movie that should be seen in the theater rather than at home?

I saw it in the theater...okay movie. I liked it, but not worth the price and pain of a theater IMHO. It's a rental.

I thought it was pretty good, but not a must-see in the theaters. I liked the Death Proof/whatchamicall it double feature better.

I finally watched it at home a week ago. Loved it. The opening scene was wonderfully acted. I hope Waltz gets the Oscar nod.
