Tomorrow!
I keep forgetting to comment on this. So I thought I'd bring it up now to remind me.
Honestly the beginning has been the same crap. However Simon is nicer this year. Even to the point of giving huggies to one of the pathetic tryouts.
Touching.
They are still holding back on showing the good talent at this stage of the game, but they are showing more this year.
I am still amazed at the "people" (nut jobs) that think that they can sing well enough to be an American Idol.
Truely it is like watching an accident. I can't help watching while cocking my head to the side and wrinkling my nose wondering WTF are they thinking. hehehe :giggle:

I suppose that I must be a terrible American but in the previous 6 seasons of AI I have never seen a single episode, no not one. I also will forecast that I will more than likely miss this entire season. I do extend my apologies to all the forum members for being so slack in my viewing efforts yet I fear even with this knowledge and apology that I am set in the pattern...talker. :giggle:

Actually my cousin auditioned in Vegas. She's pretty good, but she didn't make it for whatever reason. They don't get a lot of time to impress the judges.

I've never seen an episode of Lost or any other drama. I don't like shows where you have to watch every episode just to understand it.

Normally I am the same, but Hero's is the only exception I have made to that, and that.............well I think the story just speaks for itself, but I really wish they would abandon the continuation and just do what a reasonable series does, start and end in one episode with all working toward a common theme.

It is trending better than last year. More talent shown, a kinder, gentler Simon. Also they have highlighted the humanity element better. A nice story to watch is the wedding singer with the ill child and the widower dad. Both talented. Very touching stories. A nice change from previous years. The endless string of retards was getting very old. Also Paula looks like she has recovered fully. This years 'Idol is looking up! :giggle:

However there were too many 'tards on this night. Hope they return to the ways of the first shows.
Then again maybe cuz it was N. Carolina? naaaahhhh :D
