Made myself a bacon and cheese 3-egg omelet and fried up some potatoes o'brien for my very late lunch.

Almost time for a chicken salad sandwich and some tater salad as well for my very late dinner.

Very nice there Mr. X.

Myself, i just breaded some eye of round steaks with a cornbread mix and some steak seasoning. Here they are baking. As soon as they get done, i will post pics then too.

The wine is Frei Brothers Redwood Creek merlot (cheap, $5.99 :RJsPC: ) but still a nice merlot. 13.5% ALC by volume.

Smoked Salmon ? :roadrunner: I don't like it.. I love salty one..

White bread, butter, and salty salmon on it :storm:, simple and tasty.
