Made myself a bacon and cheese 3-egg omelet and fried up some potatoes o'brien for my very late lunch.
Almost time for a chicken salad sandwich and some tater salad as well for my very late dinner.

Oh freaking yeah...mmmm. Let yourself drool as you look at the wonderful goodness on the plate. Served with a 90 second rice pilaf. Perfect. I just wish i could have gotten the steaks med-rare not well. Still great though.

I make it for my G/F every week, just do as Carbonara but shove in the Smoked Salmon
