What is the biggest tweak you DO to XP/Server?

Try and think of a really good tip/Program/guide that will make all our computing experience BETTER!

Performance Enchancement (Written by ME)

With my guide above, please remember to READ everything, if there is something you don't want to do, DO NOT DO IT, i promise one thing though, this will make your PC so DAAAAMN fast if you are short on resources

PLEASE NOTE: i wrote this over at Microbeta!

awsome! im not much of a tweaker myself, occasionally i will do a registry tweak here and there, such as modifying the non welcome screen logon to say whatever i want, but otherwise i have not done a lot in terms of tweaking!!

My biggest tweak has been Server to vista... It's all been manual from the get go, so no easy little install files are helpful :D
