It didn't take long...within two weeks Opera's most recent effort at squashing internet explorer had already managed, to get 2 MILLION downloads...could Opera surpass it's predecessor?
Again security took the hot seat, Opera 8.0 was promised to be faster and more reliable than Internet Explorer.
How is Microsoft going to respond to this?
Well already we see the popular tabbed browsing feature, the long awaited pop-up blocker that EVENTUALLY got to XP will be already in as default.
They also promise better Windows Compatibility, the speed and that they have plugged all the holes in it.
Out of the two, which would YOU choose?
