Oh yeah finally got my drivers licence. Now all I need is a car

That's in the Netherlands! that motorcycle is Dutch, and the car's license plate is Dutch as well!!
btw, the story:
That guy had a scooter for handicapped ppl, but build a casco around it that looked like a bumper car. He got a warning because of sharp points on the vehicle, but really, actually, nobody knew if he was breaking the law

Congrats!!!! Just dont do what I did. Im only 23 and have lost my licence 5 times and have a driving record of 19 tickets long, so watch out for the cops cuz there out to get ya!

Thanks, and no im not chinese. I just like to drive fast ( and drunk once). The great state of Wisconsin decided that if I get 2 more in the next year and a half they will take it from me for 5 years, so I decided to slow down, and my parents took my car away from me since I dont get my licence back till Sept 26th (they were sick of me driving while revoked)
