CEV Program Information
Welcome to the MSN® Customer Experience Validation Program! We're delighted to have you onboard. You've been selected to test new MSN products and services in order to provide us valuable feedback that we’ll use to make them even better. This e-mail gives you instructions on how to download software and get started testing.
But first, here's a little information on the CEV Program. It is your chance to:
* Make a difference. MSN considers input from individuals who have had the opportunity to use and evaluate MSN products and services for future MSN products and services.
* Make MSN products and services more robust and tailored to each locale. A CEV Program is essentially a group of key customers (like you!) who have agreed to test a new, unreleased version of a product in their home country. Through testing, you can provide valuable feedback that we utilize to better meet your communication needs.
* Be the first to try new products. You'll be able to use MSN software before anyone else.
The CEV Program period will last approximately one year and will cover a wide range of new and exciting products & services. At several points throughout the year we will be sending you information about which products that we’d like you to test, how to go about testing them and how to submit your results to us. Testing would generally take no more than about 30 minutes. All the information and instructions you need to get started will be on the Microsoft Connect website which is explained below.
Getting started
Please note: During the program we will usually be asking you to test an upcoming versions of MSN software that is designed to enhance your communication experiences. Sometimes we may ask you to help us test an existing service or product. In order to test the software you will need to have an Internet access connection (e.g. broadband or dial-up).
