looks pretty good, although the transition needs to be a little quicker and smoother. Its better than i could do :)

What program are you using to make it? I would say either take out any transparency you have on the gif and make a background that's the same color for the board, and see if you can speed up the frame rate. Then it'd look perfect :)

I took out the transparency, the color i can not change I m using Ulead gif aminater ver 5.05

Hm..actually I see the color background changed somehow..it looks nice! Or maybe Firefox just did it..but either way, good job :P

Oh and hey, do you happen to have Photoshop/Imageready?

You should be able to edit animated GIFS in Imageready actually, its a really powerful program for web graphics.
