To add the administrator's account to the welcome screen in Windows XP
Open Registry Editor.
In Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
Create the following entry: Administrator: REG_DWORD
Assign a value of 1.
Close Registry Editor.
Reboot.

No basically there is a User called Administrator that is hidden when you create a new account that has Admin rights.
This allows you to use an account that is hidden from the Welcome screen, though you can press ctrl + alt + del twice and type it in manually at the welcome screen.
Try it.
User: Administrator
Pass: Idiots leave this blank in setup and leave their computer open to me...otherwise it may be PW protected.

Yeah, lots of my mates do that mistake. And later crawl to me asking for help, because some "leet haxor on their LAN just took over his PC lmao
