dying

Strange thing is though, that testing everything came out without problems. Nothing seems to be wrong.
I hope I don't need a new system, because I can't afford it, but do any of you have an idea what the problem might be?
I've thought of power shortage (from the net) and that's not it. Neither is it a harddisk, graphical or other bus problem. All responds pretty normal to extensive testing...

The weird thing is that I could boot sometimes and run for days and other times no POST. Memtest even passed a few times while I was testing the sticks @ certain volts and stock speeds. Turned out that my MSI board's DIMM2 was dying.
Good luck, hope you get it sorted.

My motherboard has died on me, so I've gotta get me a whole new system. It's probably gonna be a Athlon X2 AM2 socket, can't spare much you know....
Well... that's the story, new mb, cpu, RAM and graphics for me, because I now have to update all I have....

I'd like to know, because if it doesn't fit, I can sell my current Zalman for a compatible one.
