yeah, but its so much worse when u have had 1.5mbit for ages then have to use it!

yeah I know... I had a nice Cable internet account then mom decided It was too much and got 56k again... it took about another week before I made her get ADSL lol

it's odd, i had internet when i lived at my uncles more, used 2mb when i got him to buy it, when i started coming home i made my mum get faster internet, the 56k internet was a joke...sorry Red

I'm sure redinferno will fix it up somehow, it's so odd that he can't get ADSL, what about when 56k died out almost completely, or certain companies don't provide it :P

I have DSl, but it's extra slow because my dad is trying to set up an in-home network and let's just say he's not the best expert on in-home networking, might as well have Dail-up.

I am so secluded in a small town that Sateilite is about all that is serviced up here. I am actually dialing long distance for my dial up right now.

56k Long Distance costs more than Busines grade adsl :P

Oi... long distance O.o, I am REALLY sorry to hear that one! the only solution I can com up with is... move :P

I live in a small town as well but we atleast have Cable, DSL, T1, T3, and in some places Fiber Optics.
