Yep. Some folks managed to trick the XBOX into booting off a recordable disc thinking it was an original XBOX 360 DVD.

The result was the ability to boot back-ups of games off the XBOX 360's Hard Drive.

As for it being hacked like this, MS layed down the gauntlet by saying 'its not hackable'. OF COURSE it is, the titanic sank and plus its designed and made by people...in the same way folks wanna undo that work.

lol NOTHING is unhackable even if a machine made it, they are bound to strict rules we as humans are not, we can think outside the box
