How significat is extra memory usage in windows 64bit over 32bit ?

Im loading 1.01gb of ram after a few hours uptime O.o when XP 32bit would only be at 600 or 700 right now.

My systems run XP32, Vista32 and Vista64 and i can say that Winx64 loads arround 15% more RAM than winx86. :)

Yes i concur, im seeying on average 15% more, sometimes 20% but strangely enough after running a game the actual PF usage goes down by a couple hundred MB for a while.... curious....
