I know I'm digging up an old sandbox, but I just downloaded this and gave it a spin. It seams to be pretty neat. Has all sorts of different pods and it even seams like it is efficient enough to hide the Start bar. It even has a pod to quick enable/disable the Start bar.
And yes, for those of you Apple look alike people, this looks exactly like the Apple OSX dashboard.

Its a nice kit, i am gonna eventually use it myself. I posted it cos its very flashy

ohh yeah it begged 
I dunno I like the sidebar and stuff but I like my taksbar.. and I'll stick with the taskbar till Vienna comes out
