Microsoft Max means that you can share photo's online and with great ease.
Microsoft have managed to create an application, that means its easy to share photos with many people, all at once. It has a likeness to Vista and Office12 and it looks friendly and easy to use.
Although its only a beta and still requires completing, its not a let down. With the use of WinFX technology, going digital with your photographs, is fun and easy!

Max is for organizing photo's, Picasa is more of a Photoshop type app isn't it?

no, picasa lets you organize, scans you entire computer, if you want it to, for pictures, organizes them haw you specify and shows thumbnails, even allows you to make webpages
