Dear Beta tester:

At Microsoft®, we are committed to building software that helps our customers realize their potential. This commitment requires getting important feedback from our customers. We appreciate the input you gave us on Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 and would like to invite you to be part of a select group to test our next version of our software and give us your feedback. Qualified testers will receive a $300 gratuity and complimentary Microsoft software.

Give us your feedback...

We have developed new exciting features for the next release of our software. If you are a small business owner, office manager, or bookkeeper, or work with financial or customer information in a small company, we encourage you to participate in our software test. If you are interested in participating, please take a short, five-minute survey to determine your eligibility.

Our goal is to enroll a select group of testers who are willing to actively participate and give useful feedback to our development team. Please carefully consider your willingness and ability to test the software. If you qualify, we will invite you to participate in the software test, which consists of installing the software, getting a Passport ID, testing a variety of work scenarios, answering short surveys, reporting software bugs, and providing feedback. As a software tester, you should expect to use the software for one to four hours per week for up to two months. Regular and consistent participation throughout the software test is expected, as your feedback will be critical to the success of our software.

...and get a $300 gratuity and complimentary Microsoft software.

Your input will help us develop better software. To qualify for the gratuity, testers are expected to:

Provide feedback on each of our new features
Contact their assigned Microsoft buddy on a weekly basis
Submit a minimum of three surveys
Qualified testers will receive a $300 gratuity as well as a final release copy of Small Business Accounting.

If you are interested in participating, please use this special Guest Account below to access a nomination survey on http://Beta.Microsoft.com.

Note: Using a personal or previously-assigned BetaID will not grant you access to the survey.

Guest Access Account

Guest ID: smallbiz

Participants will be chosen based on the survey results. You will only be contacted if you are selected to participate.

We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your time for this important feedback process.

Sincerely,
Microsoft Small Business team
