the inquirer ain't a good news-source.
I like the inquirer. No bias toward AMD/Intel or nvidia/ATI. It's a refreshing change to see a neutral site these days.

A couple things:
The video iPod is cheaper than a regualr iPod Nano. Why is that? I'd take the video one over the other in a flash.

My father has a creative ZEN and its cheaper than a "real" iPod, and its still 40GB and looks really nice, nicer than an iPod actually, and works the same. That was my point in the post I made above. Why not just get a ZEN?? I would. Plus you can just drag and drop from windows, and not "have" to use iTunes to mess around with. Which I find annoying.
Someone tell me, why not a ZEN.

OMG :talker: that does sound good :talker: So do ya think its possible to use the Zen software on the iPod. I despise the iTunes software for its controling social and economic engineering. It makes me sick, yet it is the best podware that there is. The other podware is so lacking. I am in such a ...wishing there was better podware.(sorry 4 the rant - no, not really) :)

I HATE iTunes so I actually broke down and bought Anapod Manager... it's so much nicer (imho) than iTunes... and plus my 80 gb arrived today :) it's about .2 inches thicker than my 30 and comparitively the same wieght... I'm working on loading some songs on it now and hopefully they fixed the faces so they are more durable :talker:

With a ZEN can't you just drag the songs to the icon in windows, and/or use media player to sync/organize them?
Its the same interface almost exactly as iTunes.

So is Anapod really worth the price? Considering iTunes is free. Is it really worth it?, how? :)

heh if you wanna use it... I'll give you my transaction ID and a link to d/l it, but please don't give it out to anyone else, they track the iPods by serial number that are registered to it but heh I've changed my iPod like 4 times now and they haven't said anything :)
