That's pretty neat. How about cooking some meat with a USB (or rather several) connections? Take a look and get out the steak. Click the link that says COOK MEAT...talker. :smoke:

 Hoax all the way! Metro PCS installed 3 transmitters on one of my buildings. I had to escort the guy taking reading for FCC compliance to the roof and was teasing him about the lack of warning signs. I told him about this and he just laughed and said not possible. I mean think about it. All those woman at the workplace that have a cell phone glued to their ear from the time they leave the office till the time they walk back in wouldn't make it through a single day!

Ok, here's the deal:

This is impossible, and I'll prove it to you, easy and hard way:

Easy:
>Cell phones emit Electromagnetic waves
>Microwave emit Electromagnetic waves
Try putting an egg in a microwave, it'll explode, why? well, if an egg is not boiled the inner part, the yellow, contains more fluid then the outer part, the white and the shell.
What happens is the yellow expands very rapidly in a microwave, due to the electromagnetic waves, the white does the same, but slower, and the shell doesn't even heat up a bit.
Thus, the inner part, yellow first, then white, press hard on the shell, which the shell can't handle... so it does boom.

Hard version:
Electromagnetic waves from a cellphone are very low, and do not have a peak power at the antenna above 100meV (milli-electron-Volt), look it up, that's really not much.
The power to even go through the stuff the shell is made off, is at least 1eV, which is 10x more. Thus the egg stuff inside isn't even touched.
Now, using even 10 phones doesn't work, because a phone peaks once near 100meV, and that's the moment it starts connecting, then the power is at highest 10meV. Thus the eggshell cannot be cracked with these appliances.

Further, the power to move water with electro-magnetic waves, is even higher then the power needed to get through the shell, and it is much more.

Ok, so far Applied Physics for dummy's

(Yes, that's my study)

Ah gee, now I am all disappointed. I was going to get another cell phone, rig up one of those USB computer things and have steak and eggs. I never get to have any fun...talker. :smoke:
