Ok, as the poll in the desktop thread this month already suggests, I was thinking of polling what was the prettiest desktop each month.

The current concept, as a 'running poll through the month' is to the best option.

You can spill your ideas here on how to improve the poll.

My thoughts so far are the same set-up as now, but only polling in the last week, in the desktop thread of that month.
I prefer that over a new, separate topic, just because.

I was thinking of summarizing all the desktops with a link to their posts in the topic's first post, and leaving the poll open for just over two weeks.

Another option that I had was having the next-month topic running the vote over the last month topic.

Well, give your comments and ideas here. It'll all be taken into consideration to create the most fun in desktop posting!

I think having the poll in the last week of the month would be good, by then there is not much new images posted. Having the poll in the following month's thread would involve going back to the older topic, it might get kinda long... Then again if you post links it's more simple, but I still like the first idea better.

A lot of peeps keep the same desktop for months (like me) lol. Must be all these 'reinstalls' of the OS that make one change these days? :P

Yes, I like flowers, but women are prettier usually :P

p.s.
For now I've pinned this topic, it will be unpinned end of this month, please leave your suggestions concerning the poll as much as possible in here.
All reactions will be taken into consideration, and a final decision will be taken for next month. After that we will see how it goes.
