I don;t knwo how I do it but I did it again...

no mater witch link I click or anothign anytime I try to open the vista defrag program thur start menu or right clicking on the drive and going tools it failes to open

all it dose is show a hour glass for a quick seond and then dorps... I waz wathcing my taks manger and it dosen;t even fire?? any ideas???

right click my pc/propertis/ my rating show up as nothing,... it say hardware change detected... the Refresh my rating or rate this computer button also dose nothing???? how do I fix thees issues?

That sounds very strange. You may have to reinstall vista.

...or you have turned off a few services (that's what happened to me). defrag is on auto unless you turn it off.
