Microsoft Corp., as part of its outreach to the open-source community (huh? <_<), has released a new official Windows Media Player plug-in for Firefox 2.0.

The plug-in is compatible with the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of XP SP2 and Vista.

Anyone been able to get it to work with FireFox 3.0 Alpha Minefield builds? I haven't. <_<

I also couldnt put it to work on Grand Paradiso Alpha 1. <_<



It installs but....

Ok I got it to work in the alphas and betas of FireFox 3. Download the file that i am attaching and place it in the plugins folder for firefox.

edit: ok the file is up now. Its ziped.
