Vista HP won't get to logon screen with 4 gb of ram.........anybody gotta fix?

Well, that didn't work. I can't find a BIOS flash later then 05'. Yes it's the sig rig, I really don't want to have to pay for a flash if I don't have to.
I didn't have near the issues with Ultimate x64 in Beta1, 2, RC1, or 2! This is turning into a bigger POS than Ultimate ever was!
