Well for me this is a hard one to answer but the first thing that comes to mind is AmaroK. I find it is the best music player I have ever used, so much so that at times I think its what keeps me using linux.

amaroK!!!! The best audio player ever! Indeed it's the best I've ever seen. Even those professional systems don't work as nice as amaroK
