I am voting this build as a 2, frankly I have been overall dissapointed with Microsoft's attempt at a new Operating System. I really bugs me how they just build on another version of windows and focus more on cosmetic changes, rather than security, stability and vulnerability issues. I posted all of my concerns on my blog ( www.clarky3429.com/blog/ ) but this just gives an overall opinion of how i feel about this build

i gave it a three, bucause it gave me a three!! tc, let me get a hit of that puppy

i gave it a four, because the last build i tryed was 4074 and this a huge improvement. it does however have a fair way to go

I give it 3.

Its the first build with all the features in and for that the performance on my machine was pretty good. No real bugs to hinder it.
