trim shmim...the more important thing is how the sammy controller/firmware take care of the drives, which works even in raid, so you really don't need trim all that much, but it doesn't hurt. just make sure you disable win7 defrag in scheduled tasks, and set power options so that the drives do not spin down (set to 'never' for drive power management. i use the 'performance' power settings). you can also use a ram drive to put temp and downloads on/for photochop scratch, etc.
