Well, it is a learning experience. I am sure I will have plenty more builds to come in my lifetime. So it leaves me something to improve on next time.

I understand brand loyalty and love AMD...but dude... you're pissing in the wind to even consider AMD right now. Go Conroe or wait for the quad FX platform which can handle 2 dual-core FX70/72 or 74s. Right now an overclocked E-6300 can whip anything AMD is putting out. For your own sake, purchase on bang for the buck or Euro? in your case.
