People are aware that our Linoman is running linux, so tell me...is it worth the switch people???

Dual booting seems a better idea, but how do i set that up?

What do i need to use MY software on linux?

Will all my hardware work with the full features and drivers that i get with Windows?

Karl man I wish I could answer all your question but as far as I know... I don't lol, I am new to the whole Linux server thing... besides I still lack the stupid motherboard

but these are some great questions and I look foreward to seeing someone's expertise on this... lets ask x2p ;)

Free is the key word  anything free is good, but most of the time it's worthless lol, unless it's linux, it's one of the few exceptions.

You have that cough again I see. Mine seems to have gone for now at least :P

When you guys say Linux is free it is in one sense and not in another. (x2p back me up, lol) It doesn't mean that you will never pay for it but rather the source code of the software is avaliabe so one can alter it with out restrictions. These Linux companies need to make money so that is of couse why some of them charge a license to use it or charge for a boxed set.
