I prefer XP because of the fact it looks better, other than that i don't really have a preference...oh and because XP is newer.

I like 2000 because I feel it's more stable and less bloated. It might not be much to look at, but it gets the job done.

My college had Windows 2000 on every workstation, even now.

maybe not because its better, but it was simpler and kids who came from poor families had something familiar :)

I prefer windows XP but I prefer Server 2003 over anything :P

i like server because of its stability but i dont like the messing around with stuff, not because there is a lot but because on a reinstall of windows it takes me ages to get it how i like it anyway without doing that :P

I actually prefer XP, even though it might be bummish, because most things work with XP, but then I like the classic 2000 appearance. Its weird. lol

ohh... I like the XP OS, don't get me wrong, it's just I don't know, it's bogged down with stuff I'll never use, and people say "just remove it" I say "Why remove it when I have the option of saving time and NOT installing it at all and just spend 5 minutes on my OS and get my visual styles all set up.

I dunno about Win2000 coz I upgraded from win98 to XP. but I did use Win2000 in college, didn't like dat much.

2000's not bad... I refused to switch to XP until my 2000 disc stopped working cause it was too scratched :P
