Do you use 3rd party theme?

How do you apply them? Stardock, manually?

I use the manual way to apply themes and then a Stardock app for my icons.

I stick to windows themes... Iwill chnage the backround if I change anything

Manually I use StyleXP for bootscreen and logon screens and Icons ;)

i don't use anything for logon screens, just edit registry to show location of new file.

nah, i dont use 3rd party themes - every time i do, they stuff up my themes system

There's some pretty nice themes on deviantart under Visual Styles, that don't need any program, just your uxtheme dll patched.
