I know this post might be a little off base, but with daylight savings time coming to an end, its time to make sure your smoke detectors are working properly. I just want to make sure all our members here at x64 stay safe.

Replace those batteries! Even though your battery seems good, replace it anyways. the cost is only .91 cents compared to a life. Just do it!

<_<

Good to hear christo, 87% of fires are detected by smoke alarms. A 91 cent battery replacement, good or not can save loved ones lives. I think its worth the 91 cents

Set those clocks back too!

This is why it is awesome to only have 1 time zone. And no daylight savings.

I replaced the battery last week but get an occasional "BEEP". I think I may need to replace the whole unit <_<
