Is this an exmple or Russian engineering? I cannot make out the car in front enough to know and don't have a clue about the steering wheel location for russian vehicles.

Innovation at its finest :rofl_mini: . So how good would it be for shock prevention (anti-skip), or is that what the sponges are supose to help with?

Either way, I like it.

Hey, Bear...

I've been here and there... I'm trying to find gainful employment so I spend most of my time pounding the pavement or sending out resumés. I do have an interview on Thursday, but there aren't a lot of IT jobs currently available in my area. Fortunately, I am getting maximum unemployment benefits. If I don't find a job soon, I've been accepted as a displaced worker by the Wisconsin Department of Vocational Development and I will be able to get assistance in paying for school to further my education. The downside is that there is a 2 month waiting list so I have another 4 or 5 weeks to wait.

I may take a job in the movie industry if the option comes available in February. I used to do live special effects for a few years in the late 90s with my brother-in-law. I got my first movie credit for "A Simple Plan", with Billy Bob Thornton, Bill Paxton and Bridgette Fonda.

My bro-in-law just got called to do a movie, I think they signed the contract last week. I heard it's going to be a movie with Johnny Depp; 12 weeks here in Wisconsin and Chicago. The pay is excellent (union scale) and they feed you all day long, pay for your hotel, and give you per-diem (it's a sweet deal). I'm hoping he will be able to get me on the crew. In the motion picture industry, who you know is as important as what you know. Nepotism can be a GOOD thing!

While the engineering is cool, I am not sure I would want a cd-rom as a stereo, just not enough output from that for my taste, and while I mostly listen to CD's, and mp3's, that set up should play mp3 disks, having a radio is also a nice thing.
