OK satchMO, jump into the ACP, and increase my warning level...........................
no wait, that's not what I meant to say!
jump into the ACP, and increase the number of emoticons per row (that way the left, right, scroll bar will be closer to the text box, and we wont need to scroll, up, down, left, and right to use them)
