What should AOL do?
I've heard rumours of poor customer support or over n00bish applications.
I reckon the Bloated software should be replaced and that they shouldn't bundle so much junk. Maybe just stick to providing the tinternet to folk.
Fortunately they are doing AOL explorer, a new browser with pretty nice features but no idea when we'll see it finished.

dont get me started on AOL (A**holesOnLine) I was a beta test for many years 4.0 to 9.0 I had a free account never paid until 9.0 se then I cancelled the acct ok thought I did 3 months down the road I got 97.00 charge on my cc Iam still waitng for my check on the acct that I cancelled I fixed there a**s I reported the cc lost and got a new one
