Dear Beta Customer,
Well, it's time to ship. The Windows OneCare™ Live Managed Beta program has come to an end.
The Windows OneCare™ Live Beta Team would like to thank all of you for being part of this beta. You have done an amazing job in identifying bugs and making suggestions for improvements. Some of the stuff we have added as a direct result of your suggestions includes the backup to an external HDD option and advanced Firewall settings . More of your ideas will be added in future versions.
Please remember that you can continue to use Windows OneCare. Just go to Windows OneCare™ Live for subscription information.
Because you have given us such great feedback with Windows OneCare™ Live Beta, we hope you will also participate in some of our other Windows Live beta programs. Check them out at ideas.live.com.
Thanks again for your help. We couldn't have done it without you.
Best regards,
The Windows OneCare™ Live Beta Team

Well don't forget a lot of people paid for Symantec Products, thinking about it if MS could provide something better people may go with it. For example with Vista if the whole kit runs well stores may send PC's out with things on and trials pre-installed.

Would MS offer something with 'Genuine Advantage' to make those who buy get something else out of it? dunno...

No different to other company's but its gotta work. As for me i'll stick as i am, don't need anything like that cos i have my Router and Windows firewall.

Not had one virus or anything get through :P
