MS office has basically had freedom all over the market, and it never really faced a competitor it couldn't beat, either with features or numbers of people using it.

The thing is, MS hadn't really done very much to keep up-to-date with staroffice or openoffice who really only had to spend five minutes working out what features they needed, although its taken a while they got serious and tough.

ENTER OFFICE12!

With limited time on the life of office 2003's hold on the market MS are gonna blow other folks away with it, not only are old features there they are getting the attention they deserve, things you never knew existed are coming to the front and are played on carefully, and most importantly the interface is CLEAN and CLEAR and its not even finished yet.
