thx MO, I'm goin to expound a bit more by saying .....it's easy to get the feeling when we're skypeing to get a little loose and feel like we're at the local pub hangin and shootin the sh!t, but one must always remember that without the video an immense amount of nuance in communicating is lost. ok I'm done
