I wonder if it has the HDCP problem fixed.

Nvidia had their chance, I'm going ATI. I can't respect them after they didn't bother fixing the HDCP problem, that would really make me mad if I bought one of those cards and can't even use it to do any HD stuff.

I read a simular article about the upcoming 8600, the economical solution to handle dx10.(getting a jones for that).
That article also said launch will be to spoil r600.
