This means the death to Apple as we know it. The majority of PC's on the market are Windows based. Mac users will be running dual platform and envetually make the switch all the way over to Windows with this. Keep in mind, Apple will not go away, the will just continue to be Toy Makers

If this is a planned suicide mission out of the PC market, we should see Apple macs stay at a high price or go higher still to make the pc an attractive option for anyone wanting Windows. After all why spend so much on a mac when the PC is cheaper...
Also expect less Microsoft for Mac software.
